Lake Grapevine Engagement Session at Paradise Cove Wedding Venue

Katie and Jeremy wanted a lakeside engagement session drenched in dreamy morning light. That is exactly what they got. Katie found this beautiful lake front wedding venue on Lake Grapevine, Paradise Cove at Lake Grapevine, and we met up REALLY early in the morning. If you’ve been reading my blog very long, you know that I’m not exactly a morning person. BUT, I will always, always, wake up for dreamy morning sunlight. It seriously never disappoints you guys.

Jeremy asked Katie to marry him on HIS birthday. They went out for his birthday dinner and when it was time for them to bring out his dessert, they sat it in front of her. She was like, “No, it’s his birthday not mine!” Then she looked down at the cake and it was a beautiful cake with an orange flower on it he had made just for her that said, “Will you marry me?” Spoiler alert: she said yes!
